Background:

Josh Sens earned his degree in behavioral neuroscience from Yale University and an MBA from Case Western in e-business and marketing. For nearly twenty years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and Guidehouse, he worked at the intersection of strategy, technology, and systems thinking. His expertise in transformation, change management, and motivation reflects his lifelong fascination with why people do what they do, and how systems and technology can unlock that potential at scale.

Accomplishments:

Josh was a founding member of McKinsey Solutions, where he built new delivery models that reshaped how consulting services were scaled. Later, as a Partner at Guidehouse, he led a global team spanning business intelligence, data engineering, full-stack development, and data science, delivering solutions across industries such as healthcare, energy, government, and financial services. His work has consistently focused on creating innovative systems that balance collaboration with accountability and enable lasting transformation.
